六種SAT拼分政策

Highest Section Scores Across Test Dates — Version 1(Highest M, CR, W)大學會提取申請者提交的所有SAT考試成績的最高一部分分數(shù)，即所有成績中單門的最高分數(shù)相加(但大學會參考申請者提交的所有成績)。申請者可以自由提交任何想提交給大學的新的更高分數(shù)。

2.Highest Section Scores Across Test Dates — Version 2(Highest M, CR, W)

大學會提取申請者所有提交的SAT考試成績的最高一部分分數(shù)，即所有成績中單門的最高分數(shù)相加。只有申請者的最高的一次分數(shù)會作為最后錄取的依據(jù)(意味著大學只參看你提交的最高部分分數(shù))。申請者每提交一次更高分數(shù)，大學都會更新最高分。(強烈建議每獲得一次更高SAT成績都提交。)

3. Single Highest Test Date — Version 1(Sum of M+CR+W)

大學將提取申請者的單次SAT考試總分最高成績(包括數(shù)學，閱讀和寫作)。但大學會參考申請者提交的每一次的成績。申請者可以自由提交自己認為可用的分數(shù)給大學。

4. Single Highest Test Date — Version 2(Sum of M+CR+W)

大學將提取申請者的單次總分最高成績(包括數(shù)學，閱讀和寫作)。只有最高的分數(shù)會作為最后錄取的依據(jù)(意味著大學只參考申請者最高一次的分數(shù))。申請者每提交一次更高分數(shù)，大學都會更新新的最高分。(強烈建議申請者每獲得一次更高SAT成績都提交。)

5. All Scores Required for Review

大學認為申請者所有的SAT考試成績都要進行審查，并要求申請者提交所有日期的所有SAT考試成績。

而在以上六種政策中，采取第一或第二種政策的大學就是所謂的允許“拼分”的大學
