切斯特大學(University of Chester)，簡稱"UoC"，以優(yōu)化國際學生體驗著名。在 2020 年 WhatUni 學生選擇獎的評選中，切斯特大學的國際學生體驗獲評英格蘭第1名、全英第2名 。除此之外，學校在工作前景、當地生活、學生支持等方面也都榮獲了全英前10的優(yōu)秀評價 。大學創(chuàng)建于1839年，是英國最古老的綜合性公立大學之一，起初是英國國教會為培養(yǎng)教師人才創(chuàng)辦的教育機構，是英國第一所師范類高等學府。學校位于英格蘭西北部小巧而美麗的羅馬古城切斯特(柴郡首府)，距離利物浦和曼徹斯特四十分鐘的車程。學校共有七個校區(qū)，分布在切斯特及周邊地區(qū)。

切斯特大學是英國大學集團、英國教會大學集團、西北大學組織的成員，擁有英國西北部第1、全英第4的專業(yè)認證教師比例(Higher Education Funding Council for England)，畢業(yè)學生的就業(yè)率高達95.6%，屬英國西北地區(qū)最 高(2017年高校畢業(yè)生就業(yè)去向DLHE調查)。 在2018年海外學生調查中還被英國文化協會(British Council)評為英國Top10的高校。切斯特大學商學院于2018年榮獲年度英國最 佳商學院獎項(Educate North Award 2018)，商學院綜合實力排名全英第21位(英國特許商學院協會)。
