1 牛津大學
牛津共有38個學院，它們和學校的關系就像美國中央政府與地方政府的關系那樣采用聯(lián)邦制形式。每一所學院都由Head of House和幾個Fellows管理，他們都是各種學術領域的專家，其中大多數(shù)在學校都有職位。

2017年President’s Undergraduate Scholarships將于October 2016開始。
President’s Undergraduate Scholarships是學院提供的最負盛名的獎項。
主要是為了獎勵任何國家有最卓越的學術成就和潛力的學生。
There are up to 112 President's Undergraduate Scholarships available for students starting their studies in 2016–17 and 2017-18.
Each President's scholar will receive £1.000 for each undergraduate year of study.
The money does not have to be repaid.
Scholars are invited to serve as ambassadors for the College.
