The man in the scene said he wanted to keep the bus service for the better being of students on campus, because there is some students who can not afford the car, therefore they use the free bus service even though it isn’t that much. The problem with bus service right now is going through wrong neighbour where it is too expensive for students to live, so what they should do is just change the course of bus. And that will take of the problem. Also, they should encourage more students to use the bus service instead of discourage them. Or () if they us the money that they use for bus service to increase the space of the parking lot for the students, which will add to the noise of the campus and will be more congested for all the people who already parking over there.
二、如何分配托?？谡Z考試時間
第一部分（1-2題）：準備時間為15秒，回答時間為45秒。例如，1和2中的主題屬于日常話題，而且這兩個問題比較困難，所以特別要注意托福口語時間的分配。在45秒內(nèi)，主題句通常在5-6秒鐘內(nèi)完成。在接下來的40秒里，主題句應(yīng)該按照每個細節(jié)或例子不超過3-4個句子的規(guī)則來完成。主題，也就是說，完成一個細節(jié)或示例表達式大約20秒。如果考生能夠在考試前做好充分的準備，鍛煉口頭思維，積累共同的細節(jié)，他們在考試的時候就能輕松很多。
第二部分(3-4題):準備時間為30秒,答案60秒。它們是情境性的和學(xué)術(shù)性的。最后五六個是基于聽力材料，要求考生回答相關(guān)的問題。首先，考生控制時間的能力直接影響到這部分的績效。前兩個問題的準備時間為15秒，回答時間為45秒；3或4個問題的準備時間為30秒，回答時間為60秒；最后兩個問題的準備時間為20秒，回答時間為60秒。大多數(shù)考生說，口語部分的準備時間利用效率低、做答倉促。新托?？谠嚂r間相對較短，考生應(yīng)適當把握。

三、托福聽力評分標準
1、當問題的分值是1分時，所有的項目都要回答正確，這一題才算是拿到了全部分值。
2、當問題的分值是2分時，比如，四選三的題目，必須全部答對才能得到所有分值;選對2個，可得到1個分值。
3、新托福聽力以單選題為主，復(fù)選題和表格題為輔。
4、在表格題中，所有的項目都要回答正確，這個表格題才算是拿到了分數(shù)。

四、如何快速提高托福口語
托?？谡Z怎么練習(xí)？找到一個專業(yè)的外教進行練習(xí)還是很有必要的。分享一下我在用的app：學(xué)校百科，可以隨時和世界各地的Native Speaker進行一對一的口語對練，里面有很多專業(yè)的托福外教可以選擇，而且還有前托福高級考官，強烈建議考試前跟托?？脊倌M測試一下。這個軟件用起來就跟打微信語音／視頻電話一樣，質(zhì)量很清晰。這個是最讓我感到意外且性價比超級高的一個APP了。我長期練習(xí)的一個外教陪練是英國的Leila，她不僅口音純正，而且人超級nice，她本人還是一個攝影師，我也經(jīng)常跟她交流攝影方面的技巧。
